Screening room terms of use

By requesting access, you accept the following terms. They protect the films, their crews and their rights holders.

Purpose

The screening room lets professionals watch the films produced by Solis Production online, once their request has been approved.

Personal access

Your access is personal: your account, password and playback links must not be shared.
Solis chooses which films are open, how long access lasts (30 days by default) and how many devices can be used at the same time.

Strictly professional use

Films are watched for a selection, programming, acquisition, jury or article.
No public screening and no distribution, even partial, is allowed.

Prohibited

Capturing the screen, filming or recording all or part of a film.
Downloading, copying or trying to bypass the player's protections.
Passing your access, credentials or playback links on to anyone else.

Watermark and log

Your name, the date and the time are shown as a watermark during playback.
Every viewing is logged (film, start, duration, browser) and kept for two years: the source of a leak can be identified.

Suspension and revocation

Solis may suspend or withdraw your access at any time, in particular if these terms are breached.
Any unauthorised copying or distribution may lead to legal action under copyright law.

Personal data

Your data is used only to manage your access and trace viewings. Details are in the privacy policy.
